Arrivals and Departures The Ten Tenors are thrilled to announce the appointment of new group members Luke Kennedy and Josh Piterman who joined The Ten Tenors in their rehearsals in Brisbane this week. Of course, arrivals only come with departures and today we announce the departure of Shannon Brown and Liam McLachlan. After joining the group straight from high school in 2003, the Tenors' youngest ever recruit, Shannon became a favourite of Tenor fans around the world. While remaining a firm and committed friend of The Ten Tenors, Shannon now takes some time out to work on solo projects, but has not ruled out a return to the group in the future. Liam McLachlan has been a member of the group since 2004 recognized for his powerful vocal delivery. Liam has relocated to Los Angeles to spend more time with his wife and to pursue his dream of an operatic career. The two newest members of The Ten Tenors will make their debut with The Ten Tenors at the forthcoming A Day on the Green Concerts at Bimbadgen Estate and Sirromet Wineries, before joining the rest of the group on tour throughout the world.

Graham Foote debuts with The Ten TenorsTulsa, OK - USA January 9, 2008 Graham Foote was announced as the newest member of The Ten Tenors tonight in Tulsa, USA just hours ahead of his debut performance with the group. Following an exhaustive audition process, Mr Foote was selected to fill the role left following the recent departure of long-standing group member David Kidd. Whilst acknowledging a little apprehension prior to his first performance with the internationally acclaimed ensemble, Mr Foote said he was really excited to get on stage with the rest of the tenors and make his mark with Tenors' fans everywhere. The Ten Tenors Musical Directors, Drew Graham and Craig Hendry, enthusiastically sang Mr Foote's praises in announcing his addition to the touring line-up. "Graham is a really talented young singer and he brings a vocal dimension to the group which we think is quite unique," said Mr Graham. A standing ovation brought down the curtain on Mr Foote's premiere performance with The Ten Tenors and if the crowd of fans gathering for his autograph after the performance is any indication, Graham Foote has already made quite an impression on the fans.
David Kidd Takes His Final Bow After 10 years and around 1600 performances, David Kidd announced his retirement from full-time touring with The Ten Tenors at the end of the group's final performance for 2007 in Pittsburgh USA, on Saturday. Following an emotion charged performance by the Tenors, Mr Kidd told a party of select guests gathered backstage that it had been an honour to have performed in the group for so many years and that it had been the highlight of his professional career. Whilst Mr Kidd will not be a regular member of the Tenors' touring line-up, he remains committed to working with the Tenors behind the scenes in developing creative material for future projects and has not ruled out making cameo appearances, on stage, in the future. In speaking about Mr Kidd, The Ten Tenors' Producer, Matt Hickey, said: "It's almost impossible to articulate how significant an impact he's had on the group since its inception. David's been instrumental in so many of the group's successes, both on-stage and off. More than any of that though, he's been like a brother to us all and he's loved by each and every one of the members of this company." Mr Kidd acknowledged that despite being somewhat sad to see the end of full-time touring, he was very much looking forward to spending more time with his long-supportive wife Liz at home in Australia. The Ten Tenors have not formally announced the singer who will take the position left vacant by Mr Kidd's departure but are expected to do so in the coming days. "We're very excited indeed about our incoming member. He's a terrific talent and Dave's been involved in inducting him into the team, so we're very confident that the mightly legacy left to the group by David Kidd is in safe hands with our newest recruit," said Mr Hickey.
