Virgilio Marino Joins The TEN Tenors
The TEN Tenors are pleased to welcome to the team Australian/Italian tenor VIRGILIO MARINO!
Virgilio studied voice at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, The University of Sydney and the Mannes School of Music in New York. He was winner of the Tenor Award at the Sydney Performing Arts Challenge and also the Dame Joan Sutherland Award.
Virgilio has performed internationally in Germany, Japan and New Zealand and performed for Opera Queensland, Opera Australia, State Opera of South Australia and West Australian Opera amongst others.
Virgilio is currently performing Count Almaviva in the Barber of Seville for Opera Queensland and will join The TEN Tenors for the Home for the Holidays tour this November and December in the USA.
